      Its a fun and upbeat atmosphere and you learn how to deal with people becasue the turnover rate in employees is so high.

      there is a lot of drama with young unprofessional staff

      Pros

      The only way to get anywhere in this company is to go to work and give 110% effort. It pays off. If you want a management position the way to get noticed is to be vocal on the job. Talking to customers, staying late, and being the team player. Having a great attitude towards fellow employees and of course the customer creates an uplifting atmosphere.

      Cons

      A lot of younger employees who fail to pull weight, making more work for those who care.

      Very enjoyable enviornment, from sales associate to the store manager everybody seem to share one common goal and thats is to do your JOB!

      Distract manager don't show enough appreciation to thier employees.
