      Pros

      As things stand right now, there is a lot of opportunity within Fiserv both for lateral and upward mobility. The associate community is diverse, knowledgeable, and full of great people.

      Cons

      With the addition of First Data and the changes in leadership at the top, there is some concern amongst legacy Fiserv associates about changes in workplace flexibility and the overall culture. It would be a shame to move from a flexible quality-of-life-focused approach to more of a big-brother-it-watching vibe.

      Pros

      Flexibility, Remote is possible, but not likely post-covid.

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy with a toxic culture that favors lining the pockets of the execs. You are a number to First Data, they do not care about you regardless of seniority, period. Sapience installed on all machines to track you. They cut 401k match completely during Covid. Constantly going through RIF periods of cutting employees.

      Proven leadership, dedicated and passionate employee base, diverse company that is open to internal mobility for increased opportunity and career growth, fantastic support through Covid-19, great benefits that are tailored to the employee, industry leader

      Cons

      Due to the merger & fast paced environment this is a time that increases the work balance but provides more opportunity.
