Pros
The people who are left are amazing. Work- life balance was just OK. 50-60 hr work week was pretty standard and expectation to be always available.
Cons
Completely incompetent CEO who nearly bankrupted First Data is now in charge and making the same moves at Fiserv that he did at First Data, he is presently GUTTING Fiserv of all experiences and talented people. Massive layoffs are happening quietly, and spread across large geographic areas so it doesn’t get reported widely. Absolutely zero work-from-home opportunity. CEO is adamant that all work and new hiring happen in new office in New Jersey. STAY AWAY!!! Clients realize what is happening and are starting to flee as well. Go anywhere else.
