Pros
As things stand right now, there is a lot of opportunity within Fiserv both for lateral and upward mobility. The associate community is diverse, knowledgeable, and full of great people.
Cons
With the addition of First Data and the changes in leadership at the top, there is some concern amongst legacy Fiserv associates about changes in workplace flexibility and the overall culture. It would be a shame to move from a flexible quality-of-life-focused approach to more of a big-brother-it-watching vibe.
