      Horrible IT Culture

      Pros

      Thanksgiving and Christmas potlucks are awesome. One pair of almost free eye glasses per year

      Cons

      Each group works in silos. Information and help is rarely given to other groups in fear that someone will take over. Hard work is not rewarded...it actually puts a target on you. Dedication is frowned upon. Always look over your shoulder culture. Blame others before they blame you is the matra. Insurance is horrible since the company is self insured. That means your deductible is extremely high. If you join the company, get your insurance elsewhere.

      Pros

      Pay is fair, they do offer insurance, had a few good co-workers.

      Cons

      No raises, no OT (and they earn HOW MUCH?) HR has no clue, totally useless. They do NOT support employees, Management only, no matter how bad they are.

      Pros

      Enjoyed getting to know really talented people. Benefits are nice. Always new challenges on daily basis to keep your mind fresh.

      Cons

      People who run the company do not care for the employees. Managers play favorites all the time and willing to let go of experienced employees over incompetent ones. Waste a lot of money on technology, but never fully adapt to them as they always fail to succeed in implementing them the right way in sufficient time. HR also does not represent the employees, but the management even though they know the people are being treated wrongfully by the managers.
