      Pros

      Great company to work for. All expenses paid, including, mileage, hotel, airfare, food, office supplies, etc. Stock match, full benefits, 401K.

      Cons

      It's a $6 billion company. Upper management doesn't know you. That's expected, though, from a company that big.

      There is a big toxic culture in the company. This has now been made worse by the Luxottica buyout. Management is in the mode to cover themselves at whatever cost and this is being punished on line employees. Self preservation is rampant and THEY JUST LAID OFF on 12/04/19 with no care about the people there. I'm glad I got out while I could. They also preach diversity but it is really window dressing. If you don't run in their drinking and golf circles, you are not looked at.
