Lunch is technically not free. It comes out in your taxes. It was once around $70 a year but now has jumped to $500 a year. They force changes upon employees that they themselves wouldn't do. Now they do 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a. Instead of paying a decent wage they hire "apprentices" who they can work cheap and not give benefits to. These people are minimally trained yet thrown into high stress positions. Morale is horrible. You are spoken to and treated like a child by middle management. There are no company perks, not even congratulatory emails when you save their behinds. At any other company your job would actually be 4 different jobs. I left on good terms, no write ups or company discipline yet on my last day middle management didn't even speak to me and avoided me when I tried to talk to them for the last time.

Need to ask permission to use the bathroom, short breaks and none if someone calls out sick, lottery system to get time off, they cut holiday pay , low morale, hostile environment
