Pros
Good place to learn the business for entry level job. Friendly coworkers. Good starting salary and benefits. Office is in a nice office park.
Cons
Favoritism seems to run rampant here. Company handbook states that you need to be here, or in current position a minimum of a year before being promoted but I know of at least two employees who were promoted within 8 weeks of being in current position or hire date. High turn around rate for ops. Moral is low amongst rank and file. Management is so apathetic. Supervisors are overworked or just don't care.
