Air conditioned, some nice people in my area

Cons

Too many politics, bad decisions and poor management. The environment worsens at every turn which is a shame, a lot of people have spent their whole career here and are either laid off, minimized or jump ship.

Great location on Stamford harbor. Lower management tries hard to work with employees. Overall people are nice.

Cons

Senior management lacks vision and does not value employees. The pay is awful, not competitive with the industry, and the benefits decrease every year. Thus, creating a turnaround rate that borders embarrassing.
