Pros

Well known company with lots of London based presence. Lettings/Sales offices do well. Work Mon-Fri finish at 5.30pm. You often get to communicate with colleagues in all offices. The Summer/Christmas conference are great fun with free food and drink.

Cons

Poor management, no training given for management roles. New starter training consists of sitting next to/learning from colleagues who are also still learning. Communication poor between teams, processes different depending who you talk to. Favourites do better and get away with things no one else would, it's not what you know it's who you know! Pay is not as good as similar roles, incentives are pointless, KPI's?? What are they? This office needs a management review.

None, there are much better companies to work for.

Cons

Work under extreme pressure, long hours, work is not really recognised , they just hand you another long list of other work to be completed . Wearing of brown shoes not allowed in their list of rules .
