      Major cheap skates when it comes to anything other than buying another failing agents they can rebrand.

      Awful company who do not care about staff

      Pros

      Not too many at all, a lot of the people who work there are good people.

      Cons

      Almost to many to list, - Directors do not direct, spend more time on extra curricular activities - Hours are a complete joke with no flexibility at all] - No care for staffs issues - Happy to claw back money from staff, yes that is the term used. - Happy to force tenants into LONG term contracts when they nor the landlord want to, however by being the middle man they can manipulate the situation. - Then when the landlord or tenant wants to break the contract they charge 10% of the remaining rent - Happy to tell you you're earning a fortune, reality is you're earning a very poor salary earning average commission - Directors are completely out of touch with what is going on - So many more negatives to list....

      Pros

      Colleagues - get to work with some fantastic people - but this is because we were an acquisition.

      Cons

      Long hours. Zero benefits, large workloads, unprofessional, low pay, no real progression.
