      A good place to start a career

      Pros

      Good team spirit and excellent colleagues. The directors and heads of departments I dealt with were all good and well versed in managing teams. Excellent learning and professional growth potential if you're young and ready/willing to be Dexterised

      Cons

      Too much micro managing and triple entry of data. The in house coaching system is not set up well enough Expected to manage too much so hours are incredibly long at times for very little if any reward Expect their property managers to push sale of services not always required Pushing property managers to be sales people which detracts from the reason they are in the job in the first place.

      Managers decide if they want to pay you commission or not. Low salary compared to other agents

      Thank you for leaving us a review. We have a clear earning structure so if you feel this has not been the case do get in touch with us to discuss your experience. The structure we have created with our commission range does see our colleagues earning more an average than at other firms due to our continued success and having great property registers to sell or let.

      Great progression Top training and development extra qualifications from NFOPP and ARLA Fastest growing company

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, working bank holidays and weekends Very low basic salary low car allowance difficulty in claiming back any expenses Some branch managers are extremely incompetent, the others work double as hard to maintain the company image...
