Poor management, no training given for management roles. New starter training consists of sitting next to/learning from colleagues who are also still learning. Communication poor between teams, processes different depending who you talk to. Favourites do better and get away with things no one else would, it's not what you know it's who you know! Pay is not as good as similar roles, incentives are pointless, KPI's?? What are they? This office needs a management review.
