Pros

big company, good pay and benefits, get to travel to Sweden

Cons

Everything comes from Sweden - sell what we have...not always what they want. Managers seem to hide things from you preventing you from doing your job. They seem to have only their best interest in mind - not the overall companies - or their subordinates. No company credit card - have to use personal card for travel and expenses

Pros

Many great people to work with. The dairy industry is a very challenging area to work with, that includes a large variety of customers. Many great products over the years have been sold. Challenging work!

Cons

Over the past several years management (upper level) has degraded from previous management in areas of general competence and responsiveness. Difficult to obtain promotions within product management areas if located in US, without being European. Frequent change of organizational structure. Lack of urgency in response to market needs by product management which is located in Sweden.
