      Great people and a good market to be involved in. Dominant position in the US and Canada.

      Does not want to be in the manufacturing business, Wants to be a buy/sell company.

      14 holidays per year, generous vacation amount, potential for bonus based on company performance, generous sick time policy

      Cons

      Low potential for growth. Pay is lower end of range for position. Performance reviews are pointless and offer no direction for professional growth. Raises seemingly random instead of performance based.
