      Pros

      You wil get to know a lot of good people in the company and in the dairy activity. You will travel a lot, and you will sleep and eat very well. Will work with people from other countries.

      Cons

      No carreer opportunities within Argentina. Managers luck of leadership. You wont get paid for what you work. No motivation.

      Stimulating work environment in R&D. Innovation and development encouraged. International presence of company keeps it interesting as you work with colleagues from around the world.

      Cons

      R&D group is small so advancement is limited.

      Pros

      Family oriented with some great people. There work to life balance is right where it should be and if you know how to network you can move up within the company. Upper management is competent and very intelligent with an open door policy. Overall there are enough good people that one is able to overlook the bad.

      Cons

      Office politics and some tenured employees can't seem to keep emotions out of business decisions. There are some toxic environment s that need to be cleaned up. Management is aging a bit and some new blood would do the company some good.
