Pros

good benefits and out side of work events.

Cons

Underpaid and have been the past 2 years. Don't care about staff's development or well being despite them saying they are a supportive employer. Have to work hard endlessly and work hard on performance reviews to receive pittance of a salary in return. They don't value their hard working employees and are willing to see them go.

Pros

Great Business Development teams supporting lawyers Investing regularly (monthly) into workshops, conferences, personal development, mindfulness workshops, through external consultants: A great thing to have at work! Great Health Insurance for everyone Easy to work with teams in various locations Constantly improving internal tools to gain time, be more efficient, and enabling employees to focus on the essence of their jobs

Cons

Promotion within certain teams can be difficult Still on a "law firm" mindest, where it can be sometimes difficult for support business development teams to be taken seriously.
