Pros

Competitive Salary decent benefits employee discounts. Trains and encourages staff to use the latest technology A great learning experience. Very up to date firm.

Cons

If matched with demanding attorney there is no work/life balance. Firm always looking to cut corners with respect to supplies and printers to be sustainable.

Pros

I wish I hade more to say...,the pros include a great salary, An environment of intelligent people, interesting experiences with role and a well known brand in the legal space.

Cons

The cons are terribly imbalanced to the pros and make for a very stressful work place having nothing to do with the actual work product which includes an extremely toxic environment where top levels clearly don't see eye to eye and it impacts everyone below, very poor management and ridiculous politics beyond that to be expected at a law firm.

Pros

The compensation and benefits you receive there are beyond compare. They pay very well and there were a lot of "perks." The workload kept you busy and the people are pretty decent to work with. I made some really good friends there.

Cons

I really didn't have any until the economy went sour. It then became a place of dread and fear of losing my job. The upper management has no respect for the staff employees. They never took the time to find out what we did all day and therefore made decisions based on little or no information. And they didn't care. They chose favorites and moved forward with no reall indication of the real world outside of their own.
