Pros

Great resume boost, people are very impressed if you work at the world's largest law firm. Great pay in smaller markets, above market.

Cons

No work/life balance or respect for personal time.

Pros

Hmmm, the foyer at their London HQ office is pretty swanky, and, as other firms do, they offer a good salary.

Cons

Unprofessional and understaffed BD resource. Blame culture. Lack of management and leadership. For a company who like to think of themselves as top-tier, they need to invest in their staff through training, support and by putting together a decent benefits package.
