      So many I don't know where to start. Management are massive liars even though "integrity" is one of they key values. They forced these 5 values onto everyone and clearly they are just for show in front of customers so they think DDD is doing great and is looking after its people and has morals. Well - they are not and they do not! The real people who actually do any work think they are a load of rubbish. Management clearly don't actually obey with them as lies, manipulation and bulling is a daily activity in the workplace. So many people are leaving the sinking ship, and there is a reason. The ones who don't leave just get fired. But why listen to your staff.... its not like the company isn't doing really badly and hasn't been going downhill for a few years? Oh wait, it is! All the fake reviews on here that say how great the company is and how its improving - another example of their "integrity" nonsense. They send out a mass email and ask staff to leave a positive review and to "think about" before posting a negative one....you can see the type of real values we are talking about. Do yourself a favour and go work somewhere else if you are looking for a job.

      Pros

      Most of the people are riding a paycheque, so it is easy to do nothing. There is no process either so you can't be measured in any real way. You can be promoted if you are liked though, however you won't be supported due to the lack of anyone actually knowing what is going on.

      Cons

      All the brands are being delisted from retail accounts. This is coupled with the fact that they are unable to produce stock with any consistency. I believe that this was a good company in the past though. Shame. Lying to brand owners is also a bad practice that seems to be the norm here.

      The advice to management is accurate and already in progress but not all feel this way, recent engagement survey results show otherwise. The other comments are not entirely truthful unfortunately.

      Cons

      The open office environment isn't conducive to an effective work ethic. Politics are very well known within the business. There are people in the company that are overlooked because they are not as vocal as others.

      Thank you so much for your review, its really great you felt passionately about it enough to comment. Its a shame to read that sometimes people are overlooked if they are quiet. We are investing heavily in leadership development this year which we know will be the answer to gaining everyone's involvement in the future. Slightly concerned about the perception of it being an environment of politics as not something ive heard before as an issue. it would be really great to understand this better, perhaps a comment anonymously on the one to one tracker on survey monkey might help us stamp that out. We are also about to launch our engagement survey workshops, hopefully you would feel comfortable to discuss your views there?
