      A challenging yet supportive environment

      Pros

      Great people generally, people who want to make a difference and help each other, great products and services. Clear direction from Leadership about the future desired state now.

      Cons

      Parking on site is not permitted for all, Watford locations are across 4 sites, updating of systems and processes is in progress but is causing strain on employees. Bit of a divide across the two main divisions which is being worked on but hard as been in silo for sometime

      Thank you for your review. Thank you also for recognising areas we can develop upon too. Our dreams and strategy includes exciting new opportunities and hopefully soon some of the silos will be broken down. We started with the one Xmas party and now have cross divisional training where its lovely that people are starting to forge friendships across division more.

      Change is great!

      Pros

      - Family run for over 100 years. - Embracing necessary change after years of happy continuity. - Full support and communication being given to everyone who's up for a new challenge. - Investment in people, systems, processes and infrastructure to enable the change to happen.

      Cons

      - Some people are averse to change and are either leaving unhappily or struggling to adapt. - Some of the change is taking a while to implement.

      Thank you for your review. Its nice that you took the time out to tell us what we are doing well and what still needs addressing. You are right that some people are struggling with the journey. Its why we are investing so much to instil a coaching culture. We will shortly be launching our company mentoring programme too and this will help others on their change journey.

      Pros

      The company is currently going through a positive transformation, this has been shown at all levels of the company not just at board level and all members of staff are now embracing this positive, new way of working. Great work/life balance, excellent benefits

      Cons

      The offices are outdated and could use a lick of paint to update to the 21st century.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to review. its lovely to read you are recognising the benefits. I cant argue with the need for some fresh paint! I believe there are some plans in place at Centre 1 to do some work and as you may be aware centre 2a will be opening in the summer which will be a lovely shiny new area for us.
