      Pros

      People are nice on the whole. Benefits are good and some of the training is really helpful. Products are great.

      Cons

      Sadly the company seems to have got stuck in an attitude of about 20 years ago. They have lost some really good people recently at senior levels. Those people were trying hard to change the way it is. You have to look to the ultimate leader of the business to pinpoint what needs to change.

      Turn up you get paid! Beware of the positive reviews you see on here, they are quite clearly company propaganda!

      Cons

      Too many to mention! Here are just a few - management, the structure, office staff, Human Resources, treatment of staff, cliques!
