Thank you so much for your review, its really great you felt passionately about it enough to comment. Its a shame to read that sometimes people are overlooked if they are quiet. We are investing heavily in leadership development this year which we know will be the answer to gaining everyone's involvement in the future. Slightly concerned about the perception of it being an environment of politics as not something ive heard before as an issue. it would be really great to understand this better, perhaps a comment anonymously on the one to one tracker on survey monkey might help us stamp that out. We are also about to launch our engagement survey workshops, hopefully you would feel comfortable to discuss your views there?
