It's understandable productivity software takes a bit of getting used to, but ultimately it's no more intrusive than working in an "open office" layout close to other people. As for your feedback about the pay, one of our biggest selling points is that we strongly believe in equal pay for equal work. We *could* shortchange people based on their local economy, but choose not to. We're globalizing fair pay by giving everyone in the same role identical pay, removing the opportunity for systemic bias. So, in some countries the pay may seem high, in others it seems low. But in every country: it's equal.
