Thanks for you review. We pride ourselves on finding the best of the best candidates for our clients (which is part of the reason that the pay is awesome!) as the work can be fast-paced and demanding. We know that certainly isn't the right work environment for everyone. It's hard, but it's worth it.

Thanks for your feedback. It's understandable productivity software takes a bit of getting used to, but ultimately it's no more intrusive than working in an "open office" layout close to other people. You can learn more about our approach here: https://www.crossover.com/perspective/productivity-monitoring. As for your feedback about the pay, one of our biggest selling points is that we strongly believe in equal pay for equal work. We *could* shortchange people based on their local economy, but choose not to. We're globalizing fair pay by giving everyone in the same role identical pay, removing the opportunity for systemic bias. So, in some countries the pay may seem high, in others it seems low. But in every country: it's equal.

Pros

Good money, lots of really smart people, many projects to move to and never get bored

Cons

Long time, it demands 8 hours in front of the screen, so the day of work end up being longer than 8 hours, since smoke breaks, and other's doesn't count to the 8 hours, so at the end you end up expending at least 12 hours with breaks and meals.
