Pros

Excellent pay, publicly posted for the position from the moment you apply. No bureaucracy to speak of. Flat org. Freedom to choose the best technologies for dev and ops (full AWS). Management pushes for excellence, not low cost. Employment - you can work from anywhere, 100% remotely and work schedule is also flexible. This can be a huge advantage but also may be difficult for some. You save a lot of time with commuting and other things but also need to be well organised so that you can work from home or a coworking place without disturbances and good internet (crucial for calls on Skype).

Cons

If you are a low performer, this is not the place for you. Sprint schedule is weekly, sometimes the pressure is high. Since we hire from all over the world, the timezones can be a bit difficult. Promotion is hard and is based on strict testing, same as for employment - this is a good point if you want very good colleagues, but a bad point if you want to promote easily :)
