Pros

- The pay is way better than the local average in most countries for any given job. - Great people and community. I honestly love everyone I interact with, from my co-workers to our managers. You will get hired - and thrive in this place - if you learn fast, adapt to changes quickly, have a keen eye for detail(whatever your role is), always aim to produce high-quality work, and continuously work on improving yourself.

Cons

-There isn't an option for paid time off, but it is fairly easy to request time off for any personal reason or for any emergency.

Pros

It offers the most flexibility in your weekly work. Additionally, the managers are incredibly connected with the teams and provide individual feedback to ensure you grow. Not only this, for any problem that might occur, they are already privy to it and understand the problem by getting into your shoes.

Cons

There aren't many. Just the fact that it keeps you on your toes with screenshots every 10 minutes

Thank you for your review. While we believe strong and perfected asynchronous communication is key to a healthy remote workplace, you've raised some good points here. There's certainly a time and place where synchronous communication is useful – but a lot of companies overdo it and kill productivity by filling calendars with meetings that aren't constructive. Remote work is in its infancy and not perfect yet, but we strongly believe in this model and will never stop working to make it better.
