Thanks for the awesome review! Love hearing that remote work is letting you be more productive and spend quality time with your family - that's exactly what we're going for. We know folks like you are putting in serious effort while working from home, and that deserves recognition. We'll definitely keep pushing that message with our teams. Glad you're thriving in the setup! 🙌

Automated, Unfair Processes with No Human Judgment

Pros

Fully remote, work from anywhere in the world. Flexible working hours. Highly paid compared to many global remote roles.

Cons

I consistently delivered strong results under my skillset, but was moved arbitrarily between teams to handle irrelevant WorkSmart tickets outside my domain, then fired for not resolving them within unrealistic 4-hour timers, without proper knowledge transfer or ramp-up. Even after 2-3 years and successfully passing all the required tests again, your system still automatically rejects former employees, implying that once someone is fired, they are permanently considered unfit, with no opportunity for growth or re-evaluation. One application passed review but was left idle for weeks, eventually marked “Process Stopped” with instructions to “Reapply after X date” without explanation. Feels like a black hole for candidates, with repeated reapplication loops and no closure, even for ex-employees who have already worked for them.

Thanks for sharing your experience—I genuinely appreciate your honesty. While our rigorous systems, like WorkSmart, are intentionally designed to maintain high standards and performance, I completely understand how being shifted between teams without adequate support can feel unfair and frustrating. Regarding the reapplication process, our automated filters reflect our uncompromising approach to maintaining excellence. However, your point about providing clearer communication and opportunities for demonstrating growth over time is well-taken. Your feedback highlights important areas for us to consider as we continue refining a culture that is demanding yet transparent, and fair yet focused on exceptional performance. Thanks again for bringing this perspective to our attention.
