Pros

None, Absolutely none, maybe the working remotely option, but due to restrictions this is actually not really helpful

Cons

They have no idea about your tasks or what work you are doing, like many reviews have said it doesn't matter ultimately what you do as long as you are clicking the mouse and pressing keys on the keyboard. Some of their 'keys to success' are over the top draconian rules that are basically slave labour, eg even if you do overtime, if they flag a time card you will be deducted that 10mins anyway, so working 60hrs a week can still net you less than your full pay somehow.

Bleak Outlook for this Organization

Pros

Working from home is probably the only added benefit of working for the business. (There are plenty of other companies out there offering this now. Don't let the allure of this business fool you.)

Cons

-Leadership/ownership is plagued with an elitist mentally. Global team managers are comprised of recent Stanford grads that have little to no practical business experience. -No room for growth or promotion within UNLESS you are a Stanford alum or part of the network that comprises former Trilogy alumni. -No benefits are offered to contractors who are technically supposed to be classified as employees because they're managed by the organization and not allowed to work independently like a true contractor. -You have to install spy-tracker software that is said to help promote productivity - when in effect it takes screenshots every 10 minutes and records key-strokes. For non-technical roles, it's completely useless and ineffective. You don't get paid for not looking at the computer in screenshots. If you're on a conference call your activity is inactive and you don't get paid. Slave labor. -Lacks true leadership, it's micro-managed from it's parent company (Trilogy). All decisions are funneled down through that organization.
