      I think that the best of Crossover are people. You really have high skilled guys there. But remember: you must select a good project to work with it. Not all projects are good to find good stuff.

      Cons

      Communication is not a good point. We need to improve communication.

      Pros

      - Tailored towards individuals w/ background in software development/architecture - Website is well done - "work whenever, wherever"

      Cons

      - Inept support team incapable of answering basic questions regarding the application/interview process - Any communication you get from the company reads like it is written off from a script with an occasional _______ (fill in the blank) - Pay is far below market average for the positions (dont forget that you will be taxed on this amount later) with no benefits -
