Pros

You are paid weekly and can work from home. You can work from virtually any country in the World.

Cons

They are terrible. Junior managers with no real experience trying to run a global business. NO opportunity to growth or training. They treat people like crap.

Pros

Salary, work from home, good work-life balance ratio

Cons

More managers then engineers, bad tracking tool that enforce spying of what the workers are doing either physically or on computer rather then measuring their impact of the actual work done. In theory you can sit all day long in front of computer, click around and do not work anything for the company. The company forces a factory model turning developers into machines, hiring when needed, firing when obsolete, rather then trying to gain their trust and invest in them.

Pros

I was hired with crossover 6 months ago and being assigned contract immediately. Working since then and having great time working there. It is quite flexible to work there (location/time).

Cons

Don't think any, it is a good opportunity for the people in non-developed marketss.
