Pros

- A lot of flexibility, which allows me to create my own schedule and travel a lot - I've met a lot of awesome people all around the world (I pretty much know someone in any country I travel to) - Although I hated it in the beginning, the WorkSmart tool gave me a ton of valuable information about how I work and how to work more effectively - Good pay, weekly, always on time - I've learned a lot of new things that will help me grow in my career

Cons

- a lot of pressure - this is not a company for people who are afraid of hard work - sometimes the processes are time consuming - time zones can sometimes be an issue

Thank you for taking the time to write us feedback. We appreciate your efforts in writing us a positive review. We always strive to give you the best remote work experience in Crossover. We love the flexibility of a home office too :) I know we are addressing this comment a little late but to address your advice, partner engagement is a top priority for us. Over the past year we have made some great movement in this area and we currently have a team that is working to help find co-working spaces in some of our cities, hold monthly meet ups, and brainstorm further on how to get more face to face time! Thanks again for the feedback!

Some good parts, mostly bull...

Pros

Decent pay for underdeveloped countries, many great co-workers, awesome concept, flexibility both with the location and schedule, great if you work well with minimum supervision. Almost no office drama.

Cons

No paid leave, you're in charge of paying your own taxes, medical plan and 401k (retirement plan). Some managers are incapable of any actual management - depends on your luck. You'll have very few opportunities to relate to anyone who's not on your team. There's literally no possibility of promotion if you come into the company on an entry level position. 0 chance of personal growth or professional development. No training opportunities. Company doesn't invest in employees.
