Pros

No best reasons exist...worst organization deceiving resources with work flexibility

Cons

Please anyone thinking to join crossover attracted to their flexibility concept please do not join as I have been part of this organization since 2015 and they are only bluffing, they make us work 10-12 hrs where they do not trust their own time tracking tool crossover worksmart

Hello and thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate your feedback, it is simply untrue and we feel it is important to address mistruths. We offer the flexibility to work whenever and from wherever you feel you are most productive. That incredible benefit comes with one caveat which is that you must align with the expectations and working schedules that each team manager requires of you. Most of the time that just means you must be available for team meetings and to interact wth other team members to complete the project you're working. In some cases, where there may be some struggles, a manager may require that you work during specific times in order to meet efficiency and development goals, and to help get an individual help if they need it. This is intended to help an individual who ay be struggling with resources to reach out to, and so they don't feel like they are working in a silo. We truly invite any discussion that gives us constructive feedback on our model and processes. If you have any specific, constructive feedback that you feel may help, please send is a email at feedback@crossover.com. We look forward to discussing!

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel Worksmart is invasive as it is not intended to be invasive. Worksmart is intended to help you be the most productive you can be, and there are settings that can be changed to be less invasive. Please contact us at feedback@crossover.com and I can describe that for you. We do not intend to have folks working and not being paid either, so if there is an instance where you have worked and not been paid, please let us know at the above email address and we can get that taken care of. We do not deny that the work is very complicated and challenging, but we do not want you to look at it as something that is "hard". Please, email us and we can talk about some possible solutions.
