      It's more than working remotely!!

      Pros

      1) At Crossover I don't have to leave my home and spend hours commuting to get the same personal satisfaction of putting a hard day of work. 2) The work is real, the challenges are real and you get a real opportunity to improve your life. Working with individuals from all over the world gaining insights on other cultures isn't something you get the opportunity to do at the office down the street.

      Cons

      Without discipline you can be easily distracted from working. Family and friends forget that because you are home doesn't mean you are just sitting around watching TV.

      Hello and thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate when someone takes the time let us know how we're doing and what we can improve. We also agree that it can be challenging for those who aren't used to remote work to fully grasp that you are working, even though you are home, or possibly at a cafe. We agree that if that is the most negative experience we can deal with it :-)!

      Better than what I expected

      Pros

      - Salary on time every week. - A lot of training resources. - Very cooperative. - Very very very flexible time. - Great pool of contractors that you can hire when you need, I added a front end developer to my team within 48 hours.

      Cons

      After being accepted as a contractor you might wait some time before getting hired.

      Really love the people at Crossover!

      Pros

      I've been working for Crossover for about 8-months now and it has to be one of the most unique opportunities I've ever had in my life. I feel very blessed and grateful to be a part of this community. A few reasons why I love Crossover: 1. I have unparalleled freedom to set my own hours, work from home, and travel whenever I want to. 2. I get to work on challenging and interesting problems every day and am completely autonomous in my work with no micro-management. 3. I get to meet fantastic people from all around the world and learn about different cultures and nations from my own. 4. I'm well-compensated for my work and feel respected for my contributions to the company.

      Cons

      As with any remote job, it is unfortunate that I cannot meet more of my coworkers in person. But the flexibility and ability to spend more time with my friends and family is well worth that downside.
