Regarding the camera on face, I'm happy to tell you that this is now a mandatory feature in Worksmart (to enable webcam).       Only pro is that you can work remotely

      Cons

      I don't know where to begin. So many cons. Questionable ethics, treat employees poorly, no job security, incredibly disorganized with serious flaws in communication and planning, untrustworthy management, much more. Genuinely advise others to steer clear of this company— I hated working here.
