Pros

Remote Work is a good thing. Decent Salary and weekly payed. Friendly Colleagues may be the only reason I worked.

Cons

Stupid worksmart tool that watches you constantly. Mandatory 8 hours to sit in front of camera. No job security. You are not informed about anything. You just hope things work out.

Sorry, you had a negative experience with internal communication. Crossover is a 100% global and remote company that contracts with partners in 140+ countries in just about every time zone. While there are many advantages to this global approach, there are also some serious challenges that are inherent in this virtual environment. One of those challenges is internal communication, and this is something we are aggressively working to improve upon. Thank you for your feedback, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback along to senior managers.

Pros

You are able to work from home. You have some flexibility in the hours you work. You will get paid on time and the commission structure is decent.

Cons

There is no growth opportunities available. There are no benefits or PTO. I was the only person working on an assigned project in the end with no manager or support. When I started it was a team of three. The other people both quit because they job posting gave you a salary expectation of 70k OTD when no one ever picked up the phone and the contact information was outdated, so it was next to impossible to hit your goals. There was a constant change of systems and strategies. One month 5 people quit because the programs were all failing their sales goal.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We pay highly competitive cloud wages that are above the market rate in most cases. We value talent and that’s why we pay a standard wage no matter where you live.
