Pros

Working from anywhere in the world Possibility to learn from high skilled people

Cons

You have to install a tracker on your computer that takes pictures of YOU (through webcam) and a screen snapshot every 10 minutes, and tracks: the time you spend at work, the time you spend on each single program, the number of digits per minute, the number of clicks per minute. If you are not present, or your face is not recognizable in the pic (e.g. too dark) they won't pay for those 10 minutes. If you use a program they not expect, they'll ask for explanation. You can get fired in 1 2 3, even if you are good. I finished my project, after I completed it with tests they told me they hadn't any more work for frontend, and they fired me. Wow. General lack of humanity. People really are numbers here. I've seen a guy from Turkey during the golpe, he had to hide from bombs without electricity for some day.. When he returned, the manager told him to hurry with his task.

Thanks for your feedback. Our time tracking tool gives credit for time worked in 10-minute increments and counts all time where there is any computer activity. If you are working during a 10-minute period, but do not have any computer activity, you can still get credit for your time by adding the time cards manually with manager approval, or you can mark individual time cards as "not idle" in your timecard logbook. You can learn more about our time tracking tool here: https://support.crossover.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004058213-Crossover-Worksmart-Overview. Crossover will ensure that you get paid fairly and accurately.

Pros

-Work from home (is the only good thing), but even that you have time for nothing.

Cons

-Their focus is on producing lines of code, they don't care about quality, or employees, or anything else, just work as a slave and start being productive. -Insane goals (even for you are the first week). -Your environment setup is not paid. -Your learning curve and time of research and googling to solve problems are not paid. -Crossover "Worksmart" desktop app, it sends a post every 10 minutes with: (picture taken by your webcam, screenshots of all your screens, amount of clicks, amount of keys pressed, amount of scrolls, and also informs what was your active window at that moment.) -You only get paid for the time the machine says you were producing code. That means at the end of the day you will have to work more than 12 hours per day to have at least 8 payable hours

Setting ambitious goals is something we pride ourselves on. While all of our teams have slightly different operational practices, one constant is that we set high targets for both individual and team performance. We believe this type of culture provides the best work experience for top talent who enjoy working on high-performance teams.
