BEWARE THEIR FORMULA: Hiring Events = Free Labor for Crossover

None. They promise you the world things look great going in to the hiring events and the follow up "interviews" but then they ghost you and you never hear from them again.
Cons
I have been through three of their hiring events, each one drains you and takes hours of your time. In these hiring events, they present you with work that you have to complete. I realized that in all three hiring events / tournaments I was a part of, the work I completed was used as the template for the next hiring event! In other words, I had to evaluate, and improve upon 5 work streams. Those same 5 work streams were updated with MY edits. MY work was used in their real product stream. They string you long like you are going to get hired, sending you e-mails and scheduling calls and having basic one on ones and eventually they ghost you, and never reply to your e-mails ever again. Once they get what they can out of you they move onto the next person. THEY ARE STEALING YOUR WORK. DO NOT APPLY WITH CROSSOVER
