      Pay on time but that's all

      Cons

      Awefull, not care for employees, can fire you anytime without you even guessing. Same applies to management. Metrics unrealistic and always doing cost cutting hence firing. Sometimes hire consciously knowing that they will fire the same person within weeks.

      Pros

      Remote work, highly experienced software professionals, international environment. I cannot emphasize enough how addictive (in a good way) is to work in a professional environment, constantly evolving, driven by numbers. Change is the only constant; new practices are tried out, inefficient ones are retired. You get to work (mostly) on high-scale enterprise cloud products.

      Sometimes changes happen too often.

      Pros

      work from home weekly salary, even if idle, just keep moving your mouse and typing on your keyboard, while waiting for your real assignment

      Cons

      most managers lack integrity, credibility, and empathy (arses), making the company culture and customer relationship a big hypocrisy in every recruitment, CrossOver repeatedly tells about getting the top 1% talent which is another big lie (self-explanatory, I respect your intelligence), keep saying this in recruitments would not make it true another big lie repeatedly said during recruitment -- long term jobs. Don't depend on this, don't quit your current job for this one, as you can be fired anytime, no one is safe, even just your third month or even shorter.
