Pros

I feel content working here, no HR and non-work related stuff/activites is a real plus, 100% remote and freedom to work anytime in the week, We can see progress of our own work and it helps tracking our improvements and the pay is damm good. To conclude I can see myself working and growing for a long time here.

Cons

This company will be very challenging for office dinosaurs or those looking to scrape by with minimal effort; if you lack the self-discipline to work a full 40 hours a week, prefer to put in just 10-20, or require constant hand-holding, it won't be the right fit for you.

Thanks for the glowing review - it's awesome to hear you're thriving in your role. We love that you appreciate the focus on actual work rather than office politics. Just a quick note for others reading: we do have an HR department (they're pretty cool, actually). What this reviewer is likely referring to is the lack of those typical mandatory HR activities that can sometimes feel like busy work. Keep crushing it out there. We're stoked to have you on board for the long haul.

Thanks for the stellar review! Love that you're vibing with the flexibility and soaking up new skills. Working with smart folks from all over must be pretty cool. Totally hear you on the screen time and sitting - it can be a real pain (literally). Make sure you're taking regular breaks and staying active. Your health > everything else. Appreciate the paid leave suggestion. We're always looking for ways to keep our top talent happy. Keep crushing it

What a rollercoaster of a review! Loving that you're raking in the big bucks and vibing with the no-BS remote work life. Funny how the DIY paperwork landed in both pros and cons - guess it's a "freedom vs. headache" kinda deal, huh? Keep riding that high-salary, high-skill wave, and maybe treat yourself to a good accountant. We're happy to have you with us.
