Pros

- You get to work with a highly skilled and competitive team - Pay is as advertised and always on time - 40 hours mean 40 hours, hours are highly flexible (except of course for meetings but that's so manageable) - Work from literally anywhere (with internet connectivity, of course!)

Cons

- No structured training program (at least based on my experience) so if you are inexperienced in a specific role, you might find it a bit hard to navigate the first few days / weeks - A little understaffed so there are times that projects are put on hold because of lack of bandwidth - Not a lot of growth opportunities (if that's what you're after)

Thanks for the detailed review! It's great to hear you're enjoying the talented team and reliable pay. That flexibility sounds awesome - 40 hours really meaning 40 hours is huge. Sorry to hear about the lack of structured training. Those first few weeks can be tough without a roadmap. Your suggestion about upskilling is spot-on. We'll definitely take that on board. Thanks for the honest feedback.

Thanks for the quick hit review! Glad you're enjoying the remote gig, cool colleagues, and solid pay. Sounds like you're picking up some good skills too. But yeesh, that's a pretty big "everything else" in the cons column. Care to spill the tea on what's not clicking? We're always looking to improve, so any specifics you'd be willing to share could help us level up.
