Pros

Fulltime, 100% remote, USD payments.

Cons

No benefits and no culture. Tests to join can be cumbersome. To get into new positions, you have to re-do all the tests and this doesn't guarantee that you'll get it even if you are doing great.

100% remote full-time jobs paid in USD are our specialty! Glad you've been able to benefit from that for 3 years. We are working on improving the pathway for existing workers to be promoted internally – thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the 5 star review! Great that working here has given you a career boost and a reliable income for more than 3 years. As independent contractors, time off works a bit differently. While employees accrue an annual leave balance, independent contractors are contracting a service – which actually gives them more control over when to take time off. That's also why contractors typically get paid more than employees (and certainly do here!) – their entire remuneration comes in the form of pay, rather than being divided into employer-determined benefits. All our advertised pay rates assume 2 weeks off, and typically our clients have very flexible leave policies which enables workers to take a lot more time off if they want to.

Hola, thanks for the review! Something my manager suggested when I started was to reinvest the time I save commuting every week on spending more time with family and friends to make up for getting less social contact in the workplace. I make a point of doing this and it really makes a difference! (Who wouldn't choose to hang out with their best friends over their colleagues if given the choice). Now, I like to think I have a more fulfilling social life than my friends who work in cubicles.
