      Only good for salary nothing more.

      Pros

      - Very good salary - partly flexible working hours.

      Cons

      - No social or medical insurance. - They treat people with metrics only, so for management you are just numbers. - They put very hard metrics and want you to achieve it and when not to achieve it they blame and threaten you of firing. - Unstable job, management always fire people and the only reason they don't reach that illogical target, so they always have a reason to fire you. - -

      One of the truly rare things about Crossover is that every role is advertised with the salary – giving you the ability to decide which roles meet your expectations. It's true that we do use cognitive aptitude assessments every now and then – this is an important way to ensure our workforce is the highest calibre, I'm not sure what you mean about scamming people with their time – that's not really how scams work – but if you have any concerns please reach out to humanresources@crossover.com with more info and we will look into it.
