30% discount on all items after 5 years 40% discount on all items, including final sale and furniture items at the outlets. discount at CB2 and land of nod

Cons

answering the phone for hours gets pretty boring, but on slow days the job is not so bad and the days do not feel as long.

Well located in my neighborhood mall, good peer group (for the most part), 30% discount on day one is great and is easy to use, overall pleasant work environment.

Cons

Don't cross management. Even playing their game is useless. You are either a part of managements chosen people or you are the outsider looking in. If you want to feel like you are living a bad remake of High School Musical or living in Farmville this is the place to be.

Pros

Very laid back atmosphere. Before the recession there was a lot of fun had by all. Lots of down time.

Cons

Tons of gossip. Everyone stabs everyone in the back. Especially during the recession, everyone was out for themselves. Too many managers for so few employees.
