      Pros

      Great management with lots of knowledge, everyone is very friendly, easy job but ability to demonstrate additional technique also exists.

      Cons

      Wage isn't that great, quality of some items is cheap, some management is very annoying, but overall it's a positive expeirence

      Great people, terrific merchandise, fun (for the most part) place to be.

      Cons

      lack of acknowlegement of anything completed successfully or well, but LOTS of acknowledgement of anything they don't like. Low pay

      Pros

      Diversity, enthusiasm among employees and management, open to advancement from entry level.

      Cons

      Entry level salary is low, worked in corporate many years so that comes as a bit of a shock. No health benefits, not many people work full-time to get benefits.
