Pros

Managers ensure and let staff know that they do not micromanage. Good pay mostly starting at 9 dollars Relaxed yet fast paced environment

Cons

Sometimes when work is slow the job can be very boring but you still have to find ways to keep working like housekeeping or preping products for packing.

Pros

Great merchandise. Great employee discount. Personable, energetic environment. Willingness to work with this employee to allow for personal time off.

Cons

Cliquish at times. Wages sub-par for industry. Slow to adapt to current technologies. Hostile environment had developed in department of the store which went unaddressed in spite of complaints. (Management and staff have since changed, although unrelated to the issue).

Training and all the knowledge given to you to sell. The company culture. Being in an environment that was inspiring and fun.

Cons

Too many things changing quickly, led to confusion and lack of direction. Managers sometimes spoke to associates like a parent to a child.
