People and the customer service at store level

Cons

Horrible leadership, everyone passes the blame around, no work life balance, I have seen many people terminated for unjust reasons. HR is a nightmare and not confidential. Corporate roles out technology that just creates more work for store teams. Upper management plays favorites and does not acknowledge those doing all the work. Quality of items sold is horrible, better off buying from a flea markets. No matter what all issues and left to the store with no help from above. Out of every 10 orders at least 5 have issues. Horrible company to work for. I would have given 0 stars but not an option

90% of the employees are friendly, well informed, and are happy to work as a team. The sales floor is diverse culturally and chronologically.

Cons

Management changes over the past year went from bad to more bad. Micromanagement of experienced personnel has resulted in over half of the current employees actively searching for other employment. Management works off the clock to make it appear they can get the job done without hiring more employees. Derisive and snobby comments are made between managers when they think no one is listening. Management has made it clear they are immune to HR complaints.
