the people who worked there, the product, the quality of the product, opportunity for growth, the discount, the benefits, the affiliations with other companies

Cons

it is a very big company, corporate and the stores seemed to be on different pages at times, didnt like the return policy as an associate meaning that i would have to ask for manager approval

Love walking in to see the Crate & Barrel logo every day and to be a part of such a great company! 50 years going strong! Great group of people and a lot of longevity in the company! Wonderful discount and representatives that are involved with the company!

Cons

Return policy is inconsistent across the company.
