Working with people on the salesfloor to help them with a furniture purchase. Creating new ways to display furniture and accessories.

Cons

The long hours on your feet. The low hourly pay rate. Poor comunnication between upper management and the sales staff.

Though it was retail, very flexible in scheduling needs. The benefits offered were great compared o other similar companies.

Cons

Opportunities to advance were difficult to one by and seemed very biased towards who they promoted.
