Discount was nice. Design software was really nice as well. Lots of training initially and continued. Benefits weren't that bad either. The product itself is nice quality too.

Cons

Upper management was very tight, very opinionated, didn't listen to any feedback. And, if you weren't in their group, they didn't like you and it showed. They would treat you differently and it definitely impacted the work environment. My last location was terrible to work for and I would've transferred back to my first location in a heart beat if i could've. The pay also wasn't equal. After being there for years, my pay was less than the new people hired on who were doing so much less work than me and it was disheartening. You lose faith in a company who is okay with that type of thing.
