Cons

Mediocre compensation Schedule changes weekly Weekend work required You will have to work alongside a contractor whom the company has little control over Customers have noticed the declining quality of support and will bring it up often No upward mobility at all.

I started work at 5 a.m. Not tons of room for advancement. My manager was a drag, but the GM was cool.

A Far Cry from the Original Store, but Good Temporary Work

The company does talk about respect and fosters a collaborative environment.

Cons

Certain managers are bad at their jobs, not understanding proper break labor regulations and not understanding how to value people overall. Will hire new part time people instead of giving people full time work or even part time hours above 25 a week. Money making is the ultimate bottom line.
